A crisp winter's chill has taken a hold on the land; frost and snow are quickly becoming more frequent for the Mastered and the Wild alike.
The sun's light is watery and bleak; the waters are freezing over fast, and the prey is moving on to more hospitable lands or curling up for their winter's sleep. Any hunts that are taking place should take place soon, before prey runs out altogether.

the auburn forest For wolf and dog alike, the Auburn Forest is a place of mystery and magic. The leaves of the towering trees are a fiery blaze of reds and golds, and in the night a ghostly silver. It isn't only the forest's appearence that sets it aside; it's the feeling in the air, the whisper of the wind as it rustles the leaves, making it sound as though the trees are having a hushed discussion, the way the sunlight leaves dappled pools on the soft, turfed ground, the ever-changing scent of life - from the playful squirrels to the ever-elusive Stag Prince, who is hardly ever seen even through the eyes of the most experienced hunter. It isn't only wolves who walk here; humans have been known to bring their dogs, but those who are not born from the wild must take extreme care. Moderator: darkfur ♥

lake flintspear This is where the Clan Gatherings are usually held, but it's also a great place to visit when you need some time to think. The sun gives the rippling water a dazzling sheen, and to see the sun rising or setting over the sapphire waters, turning them a fiery red, is a sight that nothing can compare to.
